Teksolis est une entreprise technologique haïtienne privée qui développe la première Carte d'Identité Numérique Souveraine pour tous les citoyens haïtiens. C'est une infrastructure nationale conçue en Haïti, par des Haïtiens, pour tous les Haïtiens, en Haïti comme dans la diaspora.
Le problème que nous résolvons
Il circule trop de fausses identités. Même lorsque l'État délivre une pièce, pour ouvrir un compte bancaire on exige de la personne une facture prouvant son adresse et deux témoins. C'est un processus long et coûteux qui freine l'accès et la dignité de nombreux citoyens chaque jour.
La solution Teksolis
Teksolis fournit à chaque Haïtien une identité numérique souveraine, sécurisée et vérifiable. La différence essentielle est la suivante : les données de chaque personne restent en Haïti, entre ses mains. Le citoyen demeure seul maître de son identité. La carte est conçue pour la réalité du pays : elle fonctionne même avec une mauvaise connexion, elle est en créole, et elle s'ouvre à la diaspora.
Pour s'inscrire, chaque personne présente sa pièce de l'État. Son identité est alors ancrée sur le document officiel et devient infalsifiable. Teksolis ne remplace pas la pièce de l'État : elle la vérifie et bâtit dessus.
Avec une seule carte, une personne peut prouver son identité, entrer dans l'économie formelle et accéder aux services dont elle a besoin.
Ce que chacun y gagne
Pour la population, c'est l'accès à l'identité, davantage d'inclusion et de dignité. Pour l'État, c'est une véritable base d'identité nationale et une infrastructure de vérification qui apporte plus de formalisation et moins de fraude. Pour les villes et municipalités, c'est un système d'adressage souverain et un registre moderne qui rendent les services locaux plus efficaces. Pour les institutions autorisées, c'est un outil de vérification d'identité fiable, en tant que clients payant le service.

Questions fréquentes
Est-ce une combine pour collecter les NIF et les données des gens afin de gagner de l’argent sur leur dos ?
Nous comprenons pourquoi on pose cette question, car beaucoup de choses ont déjà trompé les citoyens. Mais la réponse est claire et ferme : Teksolis ne collecte pas les données des gens pour les vendre, ni pour gagner de l’argent sur leur dos. C’est une ligne rouge que nous ne franchirons jamais. Nous ne demandons pas votre NIF pour amasser de l’argent ; c’est vous qui choisissez quels documents vous mettez sur la carte, et toutes les informations sont chiffrées. Notre modèle d’affaires ne repose pas sur la vente de l’identité des gens : nous vendons un service de vérification à des institutions autorisées qui paient pour cela, comme une banque ou une école qui veut confirmer qu’une personne est réelle. Vous restez le maître de vos données : vous pouvez voir qui les consulte et les effacer à tout moment. De plus, en phase de test, l’inscription est entièrement gratuite et n’est pas obligatoire : la prend qui veut. Une entreprise qui vendrait vos données ne vous donnerait pas un tel contrôle sur vos propres informations.
L’identité, c’est le travail de l’État. Pourquoi une entreprise privée, et pourquoi l’État n’en parle-t-il pas ?
Teksolis est une entreprise privée haïtienne, et c’est tout à fait normal. Nous ne prenons pas la place de l’État : l’État continuera de délivrer sa propre carte officielle (ONI), et nous, nous offrons un outil supplémentaire qui peut travailler main dans la main avec l’État en tant que partenaire. Pourquoi l’État n’en parle-t-il pas à la radio ? Parce que ce n’est pas le rôle de l’État de faire de la publicité pour une entreprise privée. Tout comme l’État ne fait pas de réclame pour une banque privée ou une compagnie de téléphone, il n’en fera pas pour nous ; c’est à nous, en tant qu’entreprise, de promouvoir nos services. Et comme nous vendons des services souverains à des institutions qui veulent les acheter, nous n’avons pas besoin de faire un grand lobbying dans le public pour exister. Teksolis, ce n’est pas seulement la carte d’identité : nous avons beaucoup d’autres outils souverains, par exemple notre carte de navigation (kat.teksolis.ht) qui fonctionne déjà et aide les gens à trouver adresses et chemins. Le plus important : toutes nos données restent en Haïti, entre des mains haïtiennes, jamais sur les serveurs d’un autre pays.
Si c’était bon, ce serait à la radio et tout le monde le verrait. Pourquoi pas de bruit ?
Nous sommes en phase de test, pas encore lancés officiellement ; le lancement est prévu le 7 décembre 2026. C’est pourquoi vous n’entendez pas encore de grand bruit partout, et c’est un choix délibéré. Nous ne sommes pas là pour faire du bruit avant d’être prêts ; nous mettons tous nos efforts à bien bâtir le service. Une chose sérieuse n’a pas besoin de crier avant de montrer sa valeur : c’est le travail lui-même qui doit faire du bruit pour nous. Comme disent nos anciens : « Piti piti zwazo fè nich li » (petit à petit l’oiseau fait son nid) et « Travay pa janm twonpe mèt li » (le travail ne trompe jamais son maître). Quand le service sera prêt et qu’il changera vraiment la vie des gens, ce sont les résultats qui parleront, et ce bruit-là durera parce qu’il reposera sur la réalité, pas sur le tapage.
Tout le monde a déjà une carte de l’ONI. Pourquoi une autre ?
Cette carte ne remplace pas votre carte de l’ONI, elle la complète. La carte de l’ONI est un seul papier qui prouve votre nom. La carte Teksolis est un coffre : elle réunit tous vos documents officiels (CIN, acte de naissance, permis, matricule fiscal) au même endroit, les rend vérifiables en direct sans que vous couriez après une facture et deux témoins, et vous donne une adresse souveraine qui ne change pas. Surtout, vos données restent entre vos mains et c’est vous qui décidez qui les voit. Ce sont ces trois choses que l’ONI ne fait pas. Vous n’avez donc pas deux cartes qui font le même travail ; vous avez votre carte d’État, plus un outil qui la rend, avec le reste de vos documents, plus utile au quotidien.
Vous n’inscrivez les gens que pour la diaspora ?
Non, ce n’est pas vrai. La carte est une carte d’identité privée avec de nombreux services intégrés, et elle est faite pour tous les enfants du pays, que vous soyez en Haïti ou à l’étranger. Si beaucoup de gens de la diaspora s’inscrivent, c’est parce que la carte les aide à rester connectés à leur famille en Haïti et à garder l’identité de leur pays même de loin. Mais ce même service existe aussi pour ceux qui sont ici : vérifier qu’une personne ou une entreprise est réelle avant de traiter, avoir une adresse souveraine, garder ses documents dans un coffre. Notre objectif, ce sont tous les Haïtiens, sans exclusion, où qu’ils soient.
Est-ce que ce sont des étrangers qui sont derrière tout cela ?

Que peut faire la carte, au total ?
La carte est un service complet, pas un simple papier. Aujourd’hui, elle prouve que vous êtes réel et vérifie votre identité en direct ; elle garde tous les documents officiels de l’État (CIN, passeport, permis, acte de naissance ou extrait, matricule fiscal NIF) dans un seul coffre ; elle vous donne une adresse souveraine qui ne change pas ; elle peut servir de CV infalsifiable pour l’emploi ; elle conserve votre dossier de santé lorsqu’un médecin devient client autorisé ; elle vous protège en cas d’urgence ; et elle vous permet de vérifier qu’une autre personne ou une entreprise est réelle avant de traiter. Vous êtes le maître de vos données. À venir : le paiement sans espèces et les transferts de la diaspora à frais minimes une fois l’autorisation de la Banque de la République (BRH) obtenue, la carte physique en 2029, et une identité unique pour la banque, l’église, l’école et le travail.
Que peut faire une carte d’entreprise ?
Une entreprise ou une institution peut avoir sa propre carte qui prouve que la société est réelle et enregistrée légalement, afin que clients, fournisseurs ou diaspora puissent vérifier qu’il s’agit d’une vraie entreprise avant de traiter. Avec la carte, la société peut vérifier l’identité et le dossier des personnes qu’elle embauche (un CV infalsifiable), gérer la présence et le pointage des employés, et obtenir une adresse souveraine pour l’entreprise. En tant que client autorisé, l’institution peut utiliser notre outil de vérification pour confirmer clients et documents. C’est ce qui permet à quelqu’un de vérifier qu’une entreprise existe vraiment.
Je ne fais pas de politique. Est-ce lié à l'inscription ?
Non, aucun lien. Lors de l'inscription, nous ne savons ni ne demandons dans quelle situation vous êtes, et cela ne gêne en rien le système. Teksolis est la vision d'une équipe de jeunes Haïtiens qui la portent depuis longtemps ; ceux qui l'ont bâtie ont travaillé jour et nuit pour analyser les besoins et faciliter la vie des Haïtiens. C'est une entreprise privée, sans aucun parti ni candidat. La carte est votre identité pour la vie de tous les jours ; elle ne vous demande de choisir aucun camp.
Est-ce une carte électorale ?
Non, ce n'est pas une carte pour voter, et elle ne le sera jamais. Teksolis n'a aucun lien avec les élections, ni maintenant ni jamais. Elle ne vient pas du CEP ni de l'État et n'est liée à aucun processus électoral. C'est une carte d'identité privée souveraine pour la vie quotidienne. Elle complète votre pièce d'État, elle ne la remplace pas.
Où sont mes données ? Entre quelles mains ?
Vos données restent en Haïti, et vous seul en êtes le maître. Les données biométriques (photo, empreinte) sont chiffrées, et Teksolis ne peut ni les voir ni les déchiffrer. Nous ne vendons ni ne partageons vos données. Vous décidez qui peut voir votre identité et quand.
Pourquoi souveraine ? Les étrangers verront-ils nos données ?
Souveraine signifie que les données restent sur le sol haïtien, pas sur des serveurs étrangers. Aucune entreprise étrangère, aucun autre État n'a accès à vos données. Tout est chiffré. C'est ce qui rend Teksolis différente : pour la première fois, l'identité des Haïtiens reste entre les mains des Haïtiens.
Comment la carte peut-elle sauver ma vie ?
En cas d'urgence (accident, maladie, hôpital), une identité vérifiée permet de savoir immédiatement qui vous êtes et quelle famille contacter. De plus, votre médecin peut placer votre dossier de santé sur la carte (examens, résultats, traitements) ; ainsi, chez un autre médecin, il voit ce que vous avez déjà fait, sans porter une pile de papiers. Note : Teksolis est une entreprise privée ; pour qu'un médecin ou un hôpital le fasse, il doit devenir un client autorisé qui achète notre service. Et comme votre identité est réelle, vous êtes protégé contre ceux qui utiliseraient votre nom.
Comment pourrai-je acheter avec la carte ?
Vous touchez la carte, vous payez l'eau, la nourriture, le transport, sans espèces. Cette fonction de paiement requiert l'autorisation de la Banque de la République (BRH), et nous en respecterons toutes les règles avant de la lancer. Nous sommes actuellement en phase de test.
Comment rester connecté à ma famille en Haïti (diaspora) ?
Avec la carte, vous pouvez vérifier l'identité de votre famille, et eux la vôtre. La vision est que la diaspora et Haïti restent liées dans un seul réseau souverain : partager avec la famille facilement, avec des frais si minimes qu'on ne les sent pas, une fois les autorisations en place. Où que vous soyez, si vous êtes Haïtien et voulez rester connecté à votre famille, la carte est le pont.
La police peut-elle donner une contravention sur la carte au lieu de retenir mon permis ?
Teksolis ne fait pas le travail de l'État. Mais si les autorités choisissent de devenir partenaires, avec une identité vérifiable un agent peut traiter une contravention plus vite, sans retenir votre pièce. C'est une possibilité si le partenariat se fait, pas une décision que Teksolis prend seule.
N'importe qui peut-il s'inscrire ?
Oui. Tout enfant du pays a droit à la carte, sans distinction : tous les Haïtiens, tous les enfants d'Haïtiens (même nés à l'étranger), et toute personne de sang haïtien qui veut rester liée à sa famille. Aucune exclusion. La seule chose qui peut vous priver de la carte, c'est le mensonge, lorsque nous ne pouvons pas vérifier votre identité. La vérification se fait ainsi : un agent fait son rapport, puis un agent d'intelligence artificielle (IA) fait le sien, et c'est l'IA qui finalise chaque dossier avant acceptation. C'est pourquoi obtenir une identité prend du temps. Une personne qui dit la vérité et qui est réelle obtient toujours sa carte.
J'ai peur des choses d'internet. Est-ce compliqué ?
Non, nous l'avons fait simple exprès. La carte fonctionne même avec une mauvaise connexion (2G), tout en créole. Côté sécurité, nous avons mis deux couches de protection pour éviter tout danger : l'une pour vérifier que c'est bien vous (pièce d'État + biométrie), l'autre pour protéger vos données (chiffrées, chaque accès enregistré). Si vous êtes bloqué, il y a un numéro WhatsApp et un e-mail de soutien.
Quand je mets mon e-mail, ne sera-t-il pas piraté ?
Nous protégeons vos informations. Nous ne vendons ni ne partageons votre e-mail. Tout accès est chiffré, et chaque tentative de connexion est enregistrée pour contrer la fraude. Votre e-mail sert uniquement à sécuriser votre compte ; il ne devient pas public.
En m'inscrivant, n'aurai-je pas de problèmes ensuite ?
Non. La carte est là pour vous protéger. C'est votre identité : vous la contrôlez, vous pouvez la mettre à jour à tout moment, et vous voyez qui la consulte. Aucun engagement caché.
Combien coûte l'inscription ?
En phase de test, l'inscription est gratuite.
De quels documents ai-je besoin ?
Pour commencer, une pièce avec votre photo (CIN, passeport ou permis). Ensuite, vous entrez tous les documents officiels que l'État vous a délivrés (permis de conduire, acte de naissance ou extrait, matricule fiscal NIF, etc.). Tout apparaît dans votre dossier. Ainsi, si quelqu'un a besoin de l'un d'eux, vous n'aurez pas à sortir chaque pièce, car les numéros sont déjà intégrés. La carte devient un coffre qui garde tous vos documents ensemble, en sécurité, entre vos mains.
Est-ce obligatoire ?
Non, c'est volontaire. Chacun choisit librement.
Si je perds mon téléphone ou mon compte ?
Vous pouvez récupérer votre compte avec votre e-mail. Un système sécurisé vous rend l'accès sans perdre votre identité ni vos documents.
Pourrai-je avoir une carte physique ?
Oui. Nous présenterons la carte physique en 2029. Pour l'instant, la carte est numérique.
Si je cherche du travail, la carte peut-elle servir de CV ?
Oui. Comme votre identité, votre éducation, votre expérience et vos documents sont tous vérifiés et réunis, la carte peut servir de CV infalsifiable. Un employeur voit qui vous êtes vraiment, sans mensonge sur les diplômes ou l'expérience ; cela vous donne plus de chances.
Si j'ai un rendez-vous à une ambassade, puis-je présenter la carte ?
La carte montre que vous êtes une personne réelle, vérifiée, avec une identité fiable, ce qui renforce votre crédibilité. Mais pour qu'une institution (ambassade, entreprise, école) puisse vérifier votre dossier, elle doit devenir partenaire ou acheter le service Teksolis. Si elle n'est pas partenaire, elle ne pourra pas vérifier votre dossier.
Comment la carte peut-elle me donner une vraie adresse ?
Chaque citoyen reçoit une adresse souveraine (AY) qui ne change pas. Nous vérifions votre adresse avec notre système de navigation souveraine (kat.teksolis.ht) : il utilise votre position GPS, votre commune et votre section communale, et crée un code d'adresse unique. Ainsi l'État, un commerçant ou votre famille peuvent vous trouver. C'est la première fois que beaucoup d'Haïtiens auront une vraie adresse officielle.

Teksolis is a private Haitian technology company building the first Sovereign Digital Identity Card for all Haitian citizens. It is a national infrastructure built in Haiti, by Haitians, for all Haitians, in Haiti and in the diaspora.
The problem we solve
There are too many fake identities in circulation. Even when the State issues a document, opening a bank account means chasing down a utility bill to prove your address and finding two witnesses. It is a long, costly process that blocks access and dignity for many citizens every day.
The Teksolis solution
Teksolis gives each Haitian a sovereign, secure and verifiable digital identity. The key difference is this: each person's data stays in Haiti, in their own hands. The citizen alone owns their identity. The card is built for the country's reality: it works even on poor connections, it is in Creole, and it opens up to the diaspora.
To register, each person presents their government document. Their identity is then anchored to the official document and becomes impossible to fake. Teksolis does not replace the State's document: it verifies it and builds on it.
With a single card, a person can prove who they are, enter the formal economy, and access the services they need.
What each stakeholder gains
For the population, it means access to identity, more inclusion and more dignity. For the State, it is a real national identity base and a verification infrastructure that brings more formalization and less fraud. For cities and municipalities, it is a sovereign addressing system and a modern registry that make local services more efficient. For authorized institutions, it is a reliable identity verification tool, as paying clients of the service.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a scheme to collect people’s tax IDs and data to make money off them?
We understand why people ask this, because so many things have already deceived our citizens. But the answer is clear and firm: Teksolis does not collect people’s data to sell it, nor to make money off them. That is a red line we will never cross. We do not ask for your tax ID in order to collect money; you are the one who chooses which documents you put on the card, and all the information is encrypted. Our business model is not built on selling people’s identity: we sell a verification service to authorized institutions that pay for it, such as a bank or a school that wants to confirm a person is real. You remain the owner of your data: you can see who views it and delete it at any time. On top of that, in the test phase, registration is completely free and not mandatory: whoever wants it gets it. A company that sold your data would never give you this much control over your own information.
Identity is the State’s job. Why a private company, and why does the State not mention it?
Teksolis is a private Haitian company, and that is perfectly normal. We do not take the State’s place: the State will keep issuing its own official card (ONI), and we provide an additional tool that can work hand in hand with the State as a partner. Why does the State not talk about it on the radio? Because it is not the State’s job to advertise for a private company. Just as the State does not run ads for a private bank or a phone company, it will not do so for us; it is up to us, as a company, to promote our services. And because we sell sovereign services to institutions that want to buy them, we do not need heavy public lobbying to exist. Teksolis is not only the identity card either: we have many other sovereign tools, for example our navigation map (kat.teksolis.ht) which already works and helps people find addresses and routes. Most importantly, all our data stays in Haiti, in Haitian hands, never on another country’s servers.
If it were good, it would be on the radio and everyone would see it. Why no noise?
We are in the test phase, not yet officially launched; the launch is set for December 7, 2026. That is why you do not yet hear a lot of noise everywhere, and it is a deliberate choice. We are not here to make noise before we are ready; we put all our effort into building the service well. A serious thing does not need to shout before it shows its value: it is the work itself that must make noise for us. As our elders say: « Piti piti zwazo fè nich li » (little by little the bird builds its nest) and « Travay pa janm twonpe mèt li » (work never fools its master). When the service is ready and truly changes people’s lives, it is the results that will speak, and that noise will last because it rests on reality, not on hype.
Everyone already has an ONI card. Why another one?
This card does not replace your ONI card, it completes it. The ONI card is a single paper that proves your name. The Teksolis card is a vault: it gathers all your official documents (CIN, birth certificate, license, tax ID) in one place, makes them verifiable live without you chasing a utility bill and two witnesses, and gives you a sovereign address that does not change. Most importantly, your data stays in your hands and you decide who sees it. Those are the three things the ONI does not do. So you do not have two cards doing the same job; you have your State card, plus a tool that makes it, along with the rest of your documents, more useful every day.
You only register people for the diaspora?
No, that is not true. The card is a private identity card with many integrated services, and it is made for every child of the country, whether you are in Haiti or abroad. If many people in the diaspora register, it is because the card helps them stay connected to their family in Haiti and keep their country’s identity even from far away. But that same service also exists for those who are here: verifying that a person or a business is real before dealing with them, having a sovereign address, keeping your documents in a vault. Our goal is all Haitians, without exclusion, wherever they are.
Are foreigners behind this?
No. Teksolis is a fully Haitian company; there is no foreign agenda behind it, and there never will be. We who built it owe a debt to our country: we studied in this country with everyone’s money, and today we put our vision and our knowledge to work for the country’s growth. As citizens, we cannot only know how to wait for aid and wait for others to open doors for us; we must become masters in our own house. That is why we are building sovereign services here, by Haitian hands: for example, our navigation map (kat.teksolis.ht) already works. And there is one important thing to understand: it is not only the State that should invent and innovate in a country. It is up to every person with a good vision to create, build, and sell their services; that is how every country that stands on its feet does it, it is their citizens and entrepreneurs who lead the change. That is exactly what we are doing.
What can the card do, in total?

What can a company card do?
A company or institution can have its own card that proves the business is real and legally registered, so clients, suppliers or the diaspora can verify it is a genuine company before dealing with it. With the card, the company can verify the identity and file of the people it hires (a CV that cannot be faked), manage employee attendance and time tracking, and get a sovereign address for the business. As an authorized client, the institution can use our verification tool to confirm clients and documents. That is what lets someone verify that a company truly exists.
I'm not into politics. Is that related to registering?
No, no connection. When you register, we do not know or ask what situation you are in, and it does not affect the system at all. Teksolis is the vision of a team of young Haitians who have carried it for a long time; those who built it worked day and night to analyze needs and make Haitians' lives easier. It is a private company, tied to no party or candidate. The card is your identity for everyday life; it does not ask you to pick a side.
Is it a voter card?
No, it is not a card for voting, and it never will be. Teksolis has no connection to elections, now or ever. It does not come from the CEP or the State and is not tied to any electoral process. It is a private sovereign identity card for everyday life. It complements your State document; it does not replace it.
Where is my data? In whose hands?
Your data stays in Haiti, and you alone own it. Biometric data (photo, fingerprint) is encrypted, and Teksolis can neither see nor decrypt it. We do not sell or share your data. You decide who can see your identity and when.
Why sovereign? Will foreigners see our data?
Sovereign means the data stays on Haitian soil, not on foreign servers. No foreign company, no other State has access to your data. Everything is encrypted. That is what makes Teksolis different: for the first time, Haitians' identity stays in Haitian hands.
How can the card save my life?
In an emergency (accident, illness, hospital), a verified identity lets people know immediately who you are and which family to call. In addition, your doctor can place your health record on the card (exams, results, treatments); so at another doctor, they can see what you have already done, without carrying a pile of papers. Note: Teksolis is a private company; for a doctor or hospital to do this, they must become an authorized client buying our service. And because your identity is real, you are protected against anyone using your name.
How will I be able to pay with the card?
You tap the card and pay for water, food, transport, without cash. This payment function requires authorization from the Central Bank (BRH), and we will follow all the rules before launching it. We are currently in the test phase.
How will I stay connected with my family in Haiti (diaspora)?
With the card, you can verify your family's identity, and they can verify yours. The vision is for the diaspora and Haiti to stay linked in a single sovereign network: sharing with family easily, with fees so small you barely feel them, once the authorizations are in place. Wherever you are, if you are Haitian and want to stay connected with your family, the card is the bridge.
Can the police issue a ticket on the card instead of holding my license?
Teksolis does not do the State's work. But if the authorities choose to become partners, with a verifiable identity an officer can process a ticket faster, without holding your document. It is a possibility if the partnership happens, not something Teksolis decides on its own.
Can anyone register?
Yes. Every child of the country has the right to the card, without distinction: all Haitians, all children of Haitians (even born abroad), and anyone of Haitian blood who wants to stay connected with their family. No exclusion. The only thing that can keep you from the card is lying, when we cannot verify your identity. Verification works like this: an agent makes their report, then an artificial intelligence (AI) agent makes theirs, and it is the AI that finalizes each file before acceptance. That is why getting an identity takes time. Someone who tells the truth and is real always gets their card.
I'm afraid of internet things. Is it complicated?
No, we made it simple on purpose. The card works even on a bad connection (2G), all in Creole. On security, we put two layers of protection to prevent all danger: one to verify it is really you (State document + biometrics), the other to protect your data (encrypted, every access logged). If you get stuck, there is a WhatsApp number and a support email.
When I enter my email, won't it get hacked?
We protect your information. We do not sell or share your email. All access is encrypted, and every login attempt is logged to fight fraud. Your email is used only to secure your account; it does not become public.
When I register, won't I have problems later?
No. The card is there to protect you. It is your identity: you control it, you can update it anytime, and you can see who views it. No hidden commitment.
How much does it cost to register?
In the test phase, registration is free.
What documents do I need?
To start, a document with your photo (CIN, passport, or license). Then you enter all the official documents the State has given you (driver's license, birth certificate or extract, tax ID NIF, etc.). Everything appears in your file. So if someone needs one, you won't have to pull out each document, because the numbers are already integrated. The card becomes a vault holding all your documents together, secure, in your hands.
Is it mandatory?
No, it is voluntary. Everyone chooses freely.
If I lose my phone or my account?
You can recover your account with your email. A secure system restores your access without losing your identity or your documents.
Will I be able to have a physical card?
Yes. We will present the physical card in 2029. For now, the card is digital.
If I'm looking for work, can the card serve as my CV?
Yes. Because your identity, education, experience, and documents are all verified and together, the card can serve as a CV that cannot be faked. An employer sees who you really are, without lies about degrees or experience; that gives you more chances.
If I have an embassy appointment, can I present the card?
The card shows you are a real, verified person with a reliable identity, which helps your credibility. But for an institution (embassy, business, school) to verify your file, it must become a partner or buy the Teksolis service. If it is not a partner, it will not be able to verify your file.
How can the card give me a real address?
Each citizen receives a sovereign address (AY) that does not change. We verify your address with our sovereign navigation system (kat.teksolis.ht): it uses your GPS position, your commune and communal section, and creates a unique address code. So the State, a merchant, or your family can find you. It is the first time many Haitians will have a real official address.
